Nashville Art Gallery is seeking talented artists to display their work on this site. Now you can have a place to keep your portfolio to refer your loved ones, acquaintances, and business associates. One full page (equivalent to scrolling one-three screen lengths) is available to you for free. Your page will be listed in the ’soon-to-come’ on-site directory and searchable by your name. First and foremost, ALL work must be original - not a derivative, not a copy. It must have a level of accomplishment that says the artist is serious, has been at this for a while, and considers it worthy presenting it to the public.

  • Show your work (up to six pictures)
  • Present a video about your techniques or recent shows (one video)
  • Write about your inspiration or a typical day of creating (250 words max)

Submissions can be made by established artists,  students,  aspirants, brick and mortar galleries, collectors, etc. You must own the copyright to your work or have the right to display the work of others. It’s simple. Complete the form below if you would like to be contacted. OR Submit a high resolution picture of your work in .jpg or .png, along with any narratives to Nashville Art Gallery. Send a link to your video, i.e. YouTube®. Send a link to your website. Send pictures of art of pretty much any genre, depicted on any medium. Pictures should be high resolution (ex. 1600 x 1200 pixels) .jpg or .png. Smaller sizes are harder to manipulate. Your typical digital camera will render pictures in 1-3 mega pixels (that’s millions of mega pixels). These are ideal for manipulation. They will be reduced in size and yet not lose any quality. All submissions will be considered.

  • Paintings (all types)
  • Drawings (charcoal, ink, pencil, etc.)
  • Sculptures and carvings (bronze, clay, wood, etc.)
  • Computer generated (as long as you produced the original sketch)
  • Photographs

Send to your host at nashvilleartgallery.

It can be serious or humorous, a monstrously large piece, or pocket sized, contemporary, traditional, retro, etc. (it doesn’t matter the size, because all that can be placed here is a picture of it). If you think of other categories I should consider, drop me a line . Meanwhile, you, the artist have some freedom to make suggestions. Initially, though, the host asks that you limit your submissions to six (6) pictures, plus one narrative – 250 words maximum (voluntary), unless agreement is made for more. (but really, if you need more, you probably need your own site…and that can be worked out too! We build websites at affordable prices!) At the very least, provide a description of your work, such as size, medium, and title. Your work should reflect quality standards and appeal to a wide range of viewers.

Please note that art encompassing or depicting any of the following is unacceptable:

  • pornography
  • explicit violence
  • hatred toward any group
  • profanity and vulgarity

You retain the rights of ownership to all submissions. Nashville Art Gallery reserves the right to configure your page according to the parameters of this site’s software with a goal of displaying your work in a complimentary fashion. This is a free service. One artist, one page. As the site matures and evolves, other opportunities may be offered at an additional cost, but your one page will remain free of charge. To keep it free, Nashville Art Gallery reserves the right to display tasteful advertisements if the need arises. You may request removal of your page at any time. Ideally, we would ask that you leave it up for at least 60 days from the onset, but that is voluntary. Final selection of artists will be at the sole discretion of Nashville Art Gallery.
